Officer nominations for the upcoming school year are accepted beginning in January of the current year. Elections are held during the May PTO meeting with the new Executive Board assuming control as of May 30. Term length is one year for all offices.

If you are interested in running for an office on the Executive Board for the upcoming school year, please contact a member of the Nominating Committee or any current board member.

Committees and Chairpersons

New committees are being formed! If you are interested in working with a Saratoga PTO committee, please contact the appropriate committee chairperson or the club president. If you have a suggestion for a new committee, please attend the next PTO meeting or contact the club president.

STANDING COMMITTEES

FINANCE CHAIRPERSON: To Be Named

The Finance Committee plans and directs all fundraising events for the Saratoga PTO.

PROGRAM & ATTENDANCE CHAIRPERSON: To Be Named

The Program and Attendance Committee arranges for programs and activities at the Saratoga PTO meetings. This committee also provides greeters to promote hospitality at meetings and events.

NEWCOMER WELCOMING CHAIRPERSON: Corri Trotter - 815 941-0398

The Newcomer Welcoming Committee contacts all newcomers to the school district to welcome them to Saratoga School, explain the purpose of the Saratoga PTO, extend an invitation for them to join the club and offer assistance in becoming familiar with our club, school and community.
